Terms and conditions

1. Definitions

1.1. “The Agreement” refers to the terms and conditions listed on this page.

1.2. “The Company” refers to the ResumesExpert entity that consists of resume writers, editors, administrators, customers support specialists and technical staff.

1.3. “The Customer” or “The Client” refers to the the person/persons receiving the products delivered by the Company. The receipt of the products must follow the order placement and payment submission.

1.4. “Product” is an electronic format of a document(-s) ordered by the Customer/Client.

1.5. “Revision” stands for the process of editing and revising the product by the Company as per specifications provided by the Customer.

1.6. “Refund” denoted the reimbursement of money back to the Client after the respective request was submitted by the Customer and approved by the Company.

2. Agreement

2.1. This agreement shall commence upon the execution of this Contract and shall continue in full force and effect and up to the order completion or termination.

3. Products and Services

3.1. The Company takes responsibility to deliver the products and services selected by the Customer within the chosen deadline after the payment for the service was successfully confirmed and verified.

3.2. In cases when order information were provided by and/or payment submitted by the Client with delay in time, the Company reserves the right to complete the order with the correspondent delay.

3.3. The order information includes:

– Career objective (explanation what the Customer will use the document for, i.e. applying for specific positions, etc.)

– Work Experience and employment history (former employers, employment dates, titles held and specific responsibilities and accomplishments for each and every job)

– Education (colleges, universities, etc. graduation dates, and degrees obtained).

– Achievements/Accomplishments (quantifiable proofs of your proficiency that could be supported by your former employers)

– Skills (any skills and proficiencies)

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct/indirect damage that may result from the use of ResumesExpert’s materials.

4.2. ResumesExpert provides no guarantees as to success of getting a job or landing an interview with the documents delivered by the Company.

4.3. The company takes no responsibility for inabilities on the Customer’s behalf to receive files from ResumesExpert.

5. Revision.

5.1. The Customer has the opportunity to submit a revision request in case he/she wasn’t satisfied with the document received. This service is included in the prices of the order so the Customer doesn’t have to make any additional payments.

5.2. Revision option is available within 30 days after the status of the order was changed to completed.

5.3. To submit a revision request, the Customer has to click the revision button in the admin panel or contact live support team.

5.4. Every revision request should include the comments as to what the Customer wants to be changed/revised (revision instructions).

5.5. If revision instructions are provided with delay in time, the Company has the right to provide the revised version of the document with the correspondent delay.

5.6. The Company is to provide the revised version of the ordered document(-s) within 48 hours after the request was submitted by the Customer. In cases when the order urgency was 24 hours, the Company takes responsibility to complete revision within 24 hours.

6. Refunds.

6.1. All customers have the right to request a refund only within 30 days after the order completion.

6.2. Refund feature is automatically applied when the Customer has provided no order information and/or changed his/her mind to order Products and Services from the Company.

6.3. The Customer has the right to request a refund if he/she isn’t happy with the quality of the document provided. The request is to be submitted along with the detailed reasoning for a refund. All refund cases are processed and analyzed individually by the Company staff.

6.4. All tips are non-refundable. The payment for custom writing/editing/proofreading/rewriting/formatting may be refunded only. Tips cannot substitute an additional or compensation order.

7. Confidentiality.

7.1. ResumesExpert reserves the right to use the materials, written resumes, cover letters, thank you letters as samples without consent with the Customer.

7.2. The Company takes responsibility not to share personal information (names, addresses, contact phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and other information that directly or indirectly may disclose one’s personality) with the third parties.

7.3. The Customer assumes responsibility of maintaining confidentiality of one’s personal account and password. The Customer also accepts all responsibility for all operations under the account of the Customer.

8. Copyright.

8.1. All of the content found on this website is owned by ResumesExpert and protected by the copyright laws. It may not be reproduced, copied and distributed without written consent of the Company. By using the services offered by the Company, the Customer agrees to consent with the conditions of this Agreement. The Customer is solely responsible for the use of the Services and Products as well as for ensuring the compliance with all the provisions of this Agreement.

The right to change the sections of the Agreement in sole discretion is reserved by the Company. ResumesExpert keeps the right to terminate any paid order at its own decision. The Customer is guaranteed to get a notification in case the Agreement is terminated before money are reimbursed.
