The answer is simple and short – YES. We have been in this business for a number of years and have always provided our customers with resumes regardless of the field or industry. Our company employs only experienced and qualified writers who come from different managerial backgrounds and industries.

Our customers can judge the quality of our resume writing services by the results. If the resume or CV we developed didnm’t bring any interview invitations from employers then we would be willing to revise your documents for free until it secures job interviews. So it is our best interest to deliver only high quality resumes and CVs.

All we need is the information provided by customers when filling in the order form. It contains all necessary questions that we need answered. Also, uploading your old resume or cover will significantly help us in preparing a new marketing document to get you hired.

We can’t provide such guarantees simply because resume was never meant to get you hired in the first place. All a resume can do is to get one to the interview stage which is something we cannot guarantee also because sometimes candidates’ resumes are not even reviewed (due to various reasons).

When filling in the order form, you will have to select the urgency. The minimum deadline is 24 hours; we rarely work within tighter deadlines due to the fact that developing a professional resume takes a lot of time. However, you can negotiate the final deadline with the assigned writer.

In order to protect ourselves from fraudelent activities, our policy is that a writer starts working on a resume after the payment from a customer is verified. If you, however, want to have your money back after you receive your resume you can apply for a refund.

All you have to do is to email our support team requesting a refund (partial or full) explaining the reasons why you think the money should be reimbursed. Our financial deparment will get back to you shortly after we receive your letter.
